Providing your own ATV:  When accompanied by a full rental tour guest, a second rider may choose to provide his or her own ATV for a total Tour cost of $125.00.  This package is all inclusive of taxes, and provides for a Full Day Guided ATV Tour, trail permit, lunch, tour guide and insurance.  Alternatively, guests may choose to stay at our Hillcrest-Inn B&B, and ride their own ATVs without a guide.  For this purpose, we are pleased to include a trail map and trail permit with your reservation.  [back to top]

Accommodations & Cots:  Hillcrest-Inn B&B is owned and operated by 'The Perfect Getaway', your hosts - Trallee and Tony Fanara - and is a deluxe, private inn offering breakfasts as a traditional B&B.  Cots are available for an additional $35.00, including breakfast for any third party guests. Rentals:  Due to insurance restrictions, ATV rentals are not available.  All ATVs provided by 'The Perfect Getaway' must be used in conjunction with a Guided Tour. [back to top]

Age & Requirements:  For insurance purposes, all tour participants must be 16 years of age or older (no exceptions), and should hold a valid driver's license.   A 'Release of Liability & Rental Contract' must be signed prior to participating in the ATV Tour (18 years of age or older or with parental consent). A credit card imprint is required for deposit purposes against any liable damages. [back to top]

Reservation and Cancellation Policy:    Please note:  All reservations require a full credit card payment at the time of booking.  Gift certificates are pre-paid, non-refundable, and valid for the 2005 season.  All reservations are subject to tour availability at the time of booking.     Cancellations:  (i) with more than 14 days notice receive a full refund of payment - less a $25.00 service fee per person (ii) cancellations with less than 14 but more than 2 days notice, receive a full refund of deposit - less an $100.00 service fee per person (iii) with less than 2 full days notice prior to the scheduled tour date, payment is non-refundable.
