Choose the version that is appropriate for your system.  The WMV versions play on Windows Media Player.  The RAM versions play on 'Real Player'.  If you are unsure whether or not you have the 'Real Player', try the WMV version first.  If it will not automatically stream the video to you, try right clicking and picking 'save target as'.  This will allow you to download the clip directly to your machine.
